Notary seal created for a KY official. Initial concept, and graphic design, by Michael Phillips (www.eyemagicgraphics.com). Seal design was featured on an award certificate (signed & hand embossed over the seal) and given to individuals recognizing outstanding and/or distinguished service. The design showcases extensive Photoshop rendered effects marrying vignetted image composition with text styling.
